Copyright and Image Use
Every drawing on this site was made by hand by K.P. Butler. This page explains what you may and may not do with the images.
All artwork on this website, and every photograph of that artwork, is the copyright of K.P. Butler. Buying a print or a commission gives you the physical item. It does not transfer the copyright.
Share the work on social media, with a credit to K.P. Butler and a link back where you can. If you have bought a piece, photograph it on your wall and tag it — that is genuinely appreciated.
For editorial use, interviews or features, please get in touch first. Permission is usually straightforward.
Reference photographs you supply stay yours. By sending them you confirm you have the right to use them and to have a drawing made from them. If someone else took the photograph, the copyright is usually theirs, and permission may be needed.
If you find this artwork being used somewhere it should not be, or you believe something on this site infringes your rights, please get in touch and it will be looked into promptly.
This page describes how PencilARTbyBee operates and is written in plain English. It is not legal advice, and it should be reviewed by the business owner — and ideally a solicitor — before the site goes live.
