What is collected, and what happens to it.

This site collects as little as it can. This page sets out what is gathered, why, and what you can ask for.

Who is responsible

To be confirmed before launch: the registered business name, trading address and the email address for privacy enquiries. A privacy policy needs a named data controller and a contact route, and these have deliberately not been invented.

What is collected

When you use a form

The contact and commission forms collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to type, including a telephone number and any reference photographs you attach. This is used to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to make your drawing.

When you place an order

Orders are handled by SureCart, with card payments processed by the payment provider connected to it. Your name, email, billing and delivery address and order details are processed to fulfil the order. Card details are never seen or stored by this website.

When you simply visit

The web host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

Why it is allowed

To perform a contract — processing and delivering your order.
Legitimate interests — replying to an enquiry you sent, and keeping the site secure.
Consent — marketing emails, only if you ticked the optional box. You can withdraw that at any time.
Legal obligation — keeping sales records for the period tax law requires.

Who else is involved

Data is shared only with the services needed to run the site: the web host, SureCart and its payment provider for orders, and the email service that delivers form submissions. The homepage embeds a TikTok feed through SociableKit, which may set cookies and collect data when it loads — that is governed by their policies and TikTok’s.

Nothing is sold to anyone, ever.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Enquiries are kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to how it is used, or withdraw consent to marketing. Use the contact form and it will be actioned.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This site sets the cookies WordPress needs to function, and SureCart sets cookies to keep your basket working. The embedded TikTok feed may set its own. No advertising or profiling cookies are set by this site.
